Head of Operations
Due to our continued steady growth an exciting new position has been created for the right candidate. We are looking for a Head of Operations to join our growing team to oversee the daily activities of the business across a variety of areas working closely with the current operational, clinical, marketing, IT, compliance and finance teams to ensure the business meets its high level of client service delivery in a fast paced and agile environment.
Reporting directly into the founder and Managing Director you will need to be able to work as part of a team whilst having the capability to make decisions, come up with new ideas and strategies that enhance our current business model and be able to implement these with confidence.
Key Areas of responsibility
Implement efficient processes and standards in line with current industry standards
Work with the senior team at a strategic level
Work with the current operational, clinical and administration teams to deliver the business operational demands
Identify, implement and deliver Key Performance Indicators
Ensure continued process efficiency and adherence to standards and internal SLA’s
Continually review our client journey to ensure we are providing the best experience for each client
Review our customer relationships and work to enhance these and guarantee customer retention
Ensure along with your team that we adhere to all current and potential regulatory laws
Play a key part in working with our customer base developing our service portfolio in line with customer needs
Working with our supply chain to deliver a seamless journey for our clients
Work with the IT team to enhance processes
Work with the finance team on operational budgets and performance
Arrange and lead monthly Operational meetings
Motivate and mentor the teams across two sites to maintain a high level of engagement and moral
Assist with recruitment and the development of strategies
Supporting all areas of the business to work together
You will need
A proven track record of working in a similar Operational role ideally within the insurance or healthcare industry
To be numerate and understand general finance and budgets including P&L, balance sheets and cash flow.
To have excellent communication skills and exhibit a strong team working practice
To be very organised with a true work ethic and a can-do attitude
To have an analytical mind and basic IT skills
Ideally based in the North West or South West, you will be able to work from either our Southport or Taunton office and will have the flexibility to work remotely from home 1 day a week if needed.
Full time 40 hours per week with 28 days holiday including bank holidays
Your salary will be competitive and based on your level of experience
You will be eligible for bonus related earnings of up to 10% of your basic salary

About the role
Case Management is extremely diverse and a rewarding career path. All our Case Managers are dedicated to providing a client centred and flexible service across all areas of the UK, to those who have suffered catastrophic and life changing injuries.
Amongst other responsibilities it involves:-
Working with the client, their families and support workers to produce proposals and recommendations for intervention in an Immediate Needs Assessment Report for instructing parties in order to progress a structured and timely client rehabilitation plan.
To liaise with a dedicated Rehabilitation Coordinator effectively in order that they can input accurate and appropriate costs for services and treatments recommended in your reports and progress agreement for funding.
To research, identify and engage relevant specialists/services and monitor progress to ensure the quality and effectiveness of those plans.
To actively participate in and maintain continuous professional development as required by your role and clinical presentation of clients.
