IT Manager, Southport. 

Unite Professionals Ltd is going through an exciting phase of expansion and this is a new opportunity for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join a commercial case management firm at our Southport office to lead and manage the ICT support delivery and systems to 52 team members (mix of office and field based within the UK).

The post holder will ensure that current strategies, resources, governance structures, security, systems and infrastructure is maintained and continually improved to support increasing demands for digital information and data delivery. Whilst meeting the changing needs of the organisation and maximising the benefits of information technology to support the strategic objectives of the organisation. The post holder will act as the authority on wide range of IT information and communications technologies and will be required to be a professional who can act in a hands-on as well as a strategic capacity as necessary.

Rehabilitation Co-ordinator, Southport. 

The role of the Rehabilitation Coordinator is to support Unite Professionals national team of case managers in the setting up of rehabilitation services and providing administrative support in order to provide quality case management. The rehabilitation coordinator, is responsible for monitoring the rehabilitation assessment reports and update documentation that comes in and out of the office and ensuring, that all updates, reports and emails are released, to a high quality and professional standard. This entails the writing and editing of correspondence and obtaining costs and further information, in relation to the rehabilitation services we offer our clients.

The role requires excellent organisation skills and an ability to prioritise a busy case load. It is essential, that the rehabilitation coordinator at all times, is in communication with their case managers and their clinical supervisor. This then ensures that any necessary actions are clearly documented in correspondence and audited and recorded in our internal database. The rehabilitation coordinator, must ensure that the database is updated accurately to reflect billing and audit information on each case client case.

Amongst other responsibilities it involves:-

Working with the client, their families and support workers to produce proposals and recommendations for intervention in an Immediate Needs Assessment Report for instructing parties in order to progress a structured and timely client rehabilitation plan.

To liaise with a dedicated Rehabilitation Coordinator effectively in order that they can input accurate and appropriate costs for services and treatments recommended in your reports and progress agreement for funding.

To research, identify and engage relevant specialists/services and monitor progress to ensure the quality and effectiveness of those plans.

To actively participate in and maintain continuous professional development as required by your role and clinical presentation of clients.
