Unite Professionals reflect on developments made in 2019

As we come to the end of a very busy first month of a new year, we are now reflecting on the developments made within Unite Professionals during 2019.

It has been all change in the Finance Department, congratulations to Emma O’Hare on her promotion to Head of Finance. Emma’s skills and knowledge of the business is benefiting us all in providing financial forecasting and management of the business development and growth. She has been joined by Finance Administrator, Nikki Gibson. Nikki has settled in quickly, and is proving a real asset to the business.

The continued expansion of Unite Professionals saw the recruitment of Business Support Coordinator, Natalie Beevers. Natalie is working on some cases supporting case managers as well as working in marketing, IT and compliance, supporting social media, website and database development.

In our Taunton office we are about to welcome Kim McCartney as our new Medical Records Administrator. Kim will support regional case managers to gain real time access to clinical evidence to advocate recommendations for client we work to support.

Finally, 2019 brought several new Case Managers to the business who will provide much needed coverage in the North West, London, the Home Counties, and the North East. We will continue to recruit Case Managers in 2020 with areas of priority being Norfolk and the South East.
